Terminal Cleaning service Charge:

Vessel Operator or shipping agent is

responsible to clean the wharf and

terminal's compound within 48 hours

upon operation completion. Failure to

do so , Sejingkat Terminal will perform

the necessary cleaning and charge to

the vessel operator or shipping agent

Charges for Hire or Use of Equipement

The hire of the equipment shall be on basis of availability thereof only and nothing herein shall be constructed to require or bind Sejingkat Terminal to make available any of its equipment to any person.

The charges shall include the cost operating and using the equipment and shall be at the following rates:
